Global Accessibility Awareness Day

On Thursday, May 21, 2026, help us celebrate the 15th Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD)! The purpose of GAAD is to get everyone talking, thinking and learning about digital access and inclusion, and the more than One Billion people with disabilities/impairments.  GAAD offers many free virtual events throughout the year!

There's also a free Microsoft Ability Summit on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.  Get ready to engage with experts, experience product demos and training opportunities that will deepend your knowledge of accessibility across industries.

MSU also offers our own training! Promote and support accessibility and universal design by using the resources, training, and guidance provided on this website to update your digital content and platforms.
