Hello all, long time no posts. I'm looking for recommendations, as well as trying to find out if someone is already licensing this kind of software on campus. We're looking for an event management app that we can use to help manage events like our Fall orientation, on-site student job fairs, or any event where we might want to provide real-time updates. We've been looking at tools like Guidebook App Builder and Cvent mobile event app, but there's a really broad field of tools out there. Do any of you have a favorite event management app you are using in your college or department? Does anyone know if there is already a license for this kind of tool in use on campus? Other members of our team here are reaching out to University Communications and University Alumni to see if they are using something like this. I'm reach out to you, the rest of the tech community.
