I know it’s going to seem like an odd question, but what browser are you using? I just logged in and this is what I get.

It seems like web based MSU 365 Outlook signatures and out of office settings are not available in MSU's version. The gear icon gives me only Theme as an option. When I search help it tells me to check the gear icon for these options.

Is there another place to find these settings?
