Hello NAG,
I need to receive some files using the Internet from a non
computer expert person located in Europe. With the current changes in
campus firewalls etc I am not sure what is the best or recommended and
easiest method to accomplish this task. I need something that will be
as easy to explain and simple to implement as possible. The files are
power point presentation types of files. Any recommendations would be
appreciated.
The instruction I send to them will have to be translated by a non
computer expert before the person in Europe tries to implement them.
I used to have a departmental FTP site, but with the new campus
firewall changes I am not sure if it is still accessible from off campus.
