It was my understanding the Netflix has storage servers housed in many ISP's server rooms to reduce the amount of traffic (i.e. cost) between Netflix and the ISP. Given how many dorm rooms (and presumably Netflix users) there are on campus I wonder if we have one these at MSU as well.
