Good afternoon all,

I need some of the collective brainpower of this group to help me generate ideas.  I need a reliable, relatively inexpensive form of wireless for a special project.  Our Legal Clinics on Abbott road uses a renovated bookmobile to provide a roving legal clinic.  At various times of the year, our mobile legal clinic travels around the state, offering legal services to help people with various tax, housing, and other legal issues.  What I need is an inexpensive way for the people working the mobile clinic to network their laptops and printer, as well as have access to the internet.

We’ve been using a Verizon MiFi mobile hotspot at $40/month, which seems expensive since we are not using the mobile clinic during the summer.  That MiFi AP sits idle for much of the year, so I’m looking for alternatives.  Can anyone suggest a good pay-as-you-use service for this kind of situation?  Inside the mobile clinic, we generally have three to five laptops and a single wireless enabled printer deployed.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
