I also ran into this issue, but I'm using a 2 node DAG that likes to communicate between the nodes using IPv6, so disabling it wasn't an option. Using the Prefer IPv4 over IPv6 hotfix didn't clear it up either. My solution ended up being to use the hotfix, but additionally, I had to disable the IP Helper service on both Exchange servers to make them stop trying to do 6over4 encapsulation.
