Well, For whatever is worth and for the nice guys who responded with suggestions about this matter. Today, for some magical reason, the website works again. The 404 error is gone! To my surprised a lot of people off campus told me that it was up and working. It turns out that it does not work only on Campus. I was wondering if this is server that is blocked from Campus.
