I tried to go to a website off campus. I got an "HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found." I just assumed that the site was down. To my surprised a lot of people off campus told me that it was up and working. It turns out that it does not work only on Campus. I was wondering if this is server that is blocked from Campus. If so, why do I get a 404? How can I find if it is indeed blocked? Is there a list of blocked IPs/domains? -- Oscar Castaņeda Remote Sensing & GIS Michigan State University
