Let me put in credit card (or Benny Card) when I order refills through the website.  You delivery guys have their card scanners, but deep in the basement of my building there was no cell signal.  We had to go out to the parking lot to complete the order!

Either that or get scanners that can work on WiFi, like any good iPhone or Droid.
