To be honest, other than the occasional frustration, I'm still pretty
happy with Dell, and actually haven't had much trouble on the tech
support side.  I don't ever want to have to deal with Sony support
again, I've had nothing but trouble from them.  I'm also not really a
big fan of Apple's "we don't want to talk to you on the phone unless
you've purchased the extended support" nonsense.
