Recently I needed to setup a meeting that involved people at different colleges/departments. Since each one has it's own email/calendar/groupware silo, using something like Outlook attendee availability didn't work in this case. Someone had recommended MeetingWizard, which is a free web-based tool where you list 12 dates/times, the attendees, meeting description, time zone and then it sends a survey to each person to select which times they're available. Once everyone's responded it provides you a nice table showing who's available when.

I found it very helpful so I thought I'd share it in case others have to schedule similar meetings and want to avoid the usual "email me your free time" thread.
