Hello Everyone, I'm leaving my current job at the BEACON center at the BPS building. I do like the department here and I'd like to be sure they find a good replacement for me. Anyhow it is listed as an internal posting now (#6067). Basically it is sys-admin type job maintaining websites, databases and a few servers as well as organizing video-conferencing. The job listing shows funding trough April of next year but the center is funded till 2015 with a possible renewal till 2020 so it should be as stable as any position can be a the university these days.
