I second CCS and Chris Houghton. I've had pretty good experience in the past with them/her. Usually I can call and explain the problem to Chris and she'll have a good idea just from the description of the problem what's going on and be able to give me a cost estimate over the phone. Depending on the problem she'll sometimes give you instructions on how to fix it yourself and/or if its something you should even attempt to fix yourself. Bill From: "George J. Since the economy has faltered, they seem to have cut back on staff, spreading the remainder rather thin, and making the service less timely than it used to be. If it's not an emergency case, however, when they do get someone here (for us, usually their tech Chris Houghton), the job generally gets done well, and the costs are in line with other repair services we've checked. -- George ------------------------------------------------------------------------- George J Perkins http://www.pa.msu.edu/people/perkins/ 1209B BPS Bldg, MSU Phone: 517-884-5467 East Lansing, MI 48824-2320 FAX: 517-353-4500 From: l duynslager [[log in to unmask]] Sent: Tuesday, January 17, 2012 17:17 To: [log in to unmask] Subject: [MSUNAG] HP Laser Printer Repair Does anybody out there have experience with a local firm that does HP Laser Printer Repair?
