Anyone have any local APC rep or, more ideally, service technician? We have a fair size Symmetra LX SYA16K on that's recently out of support and, wouldn't ya know it, on the fritz. Controlling units are deteriorating and can't seem to even count their batteries right let alone communicate with each other. It's passed our internal expertise and time to pay up, so anyone have a good idea of who to call for support, are there any special reps for MSU by chance? Thanks. - Joe -- Joseph M.
