There's a known issue with Juniper client and Snow Leopard. The fix seems to be: sudo chmod -R 755 /usr/local/juniper/nc sudo mkdir '/Applications/Network Connect.app/Contents/Frameworks' Hope this helps. --Bill Wheeler.
