We have given several to a small computer shop on S. Cedar.  They've
always accepted them, although I don't know what they do with them.

MSU Surplus, but go yourself as the faculty member who tried there went
on a busy day when Surplus was sold out of shelf stock or ...  Or they
don't like 17" CRTs. 

Ask to talk to Tim, the computer tech. He can hold incoming stock for
your department.
