Another option is to record it directly to the web - live. Since the quality of your video sounds like it does not need to be archival quality for this purpose, you can use a high quality web cam, or if you are lucky enough to have a Mac laptop available and even better if you are able to secure an original Apple iSight web camera, then you are all set. The video quality on those external iSight cameras was phenomenal when we had one here at the Library. The live signal would then be captured to the http://ustream.tv website where your video presentation can be set to a private viewing, like a classroom where a password is required to view the live presentation or to access the recorded file as a stored online Flash video.
