Ok. So... Get this... I ended up calling Dell directly. The order number on the Dell sticker on the box is for an order that was generated in Columbia, and was to be shipped there. Um. Not at ALL sure how it got to me. But we've verified that this is the machine they've been looking for. Sorry for anyone that thought it might be theirs. Thanks! -dak
