Also a note to those with departmental/group ID's.  If you were using a
departmental id that distributes with filters you will get the message that
went to that ID, and it is not overly obvious that it was actually the
department ID and not yours directly that is using filters.

I realize that you did that for the ANR users that you support, but we did
not do that as a blanket practice for Ag Econ users within ANR.
