I believe I found an answer to this problem--see the discussion at: http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/exim/users/62829 I think the key point is the following quote from that discussion (referring to the text of the X-Spam-Report): "The report is just a configurable string, and the string you're seeing is the default report. The default report is only intended to be attached to a message if it scores above the threshold. If you wish to attach the report to all messages, then you should reconfigure the report string to be more neutral in tone in your spamassassin local.cf." That is basically the point that some of us are trying to make about the inappropriate wording of the message. It may be fine in the default configuration which only attaches X-Spam-Report to messages that score above 5. Since you have changed the default configuration to add this header to all messages, the message is now wrong.
