I have two accounts as well. The second was created when I placed an
order for a different unit using their U account to pay the bill.

Typically - in sales systems - desk people, clerks, sales people, etc.
can't alter accounts. The built in audit trail system won't let them. It
takes a user with system access to make changes to accounts. While that
can be a manager, it might not be. The people to direct a change request
to would probably be

Assistant Director Debbie Powell [log in to unmask]
Manager Ron Rivard [log in to unmask]

If Debbie or Ron can't fix the double account problem it probably can't
be fixed.
