I've read that shredding CD/DVD media is environmentally unsound/unhealthy; something about exposing the chemicals contained in the media, and somewhat becoming air born. We use a CD dimpler, its Sarbanes - Oxley and HIPPA certified. I cannot seem to find the manufacturers website, but here is a site selling them. http://www.summationtechnology.com/condre-piranha.htm A plus is that the media is still in tact so that it can be recycled.
