From what I understand the issues were with file locking and resource
hogging. It was a major problem on file servers running the 3.0 client.

Does anyone know what the issues are?

So far, I don't think I've seen any problems, but thats the problem
with "anti-" code--if they fail silently, how do you know there's a 
problem?
