    I think you are right, but I do know of a friend at a small college
which has had problems.  My problems with Dell lately have been
mostly due to incompetence on the phone and at the parts depot
where I have been sent the wrong items, broken items, and in my
last debacle, a lost order for a replacement Dell.  I really think Dell
has gone downhill.  I'm nervous about ordering more.
