ESET, maker of NOD32, has issued some guidance for users of their anti-virus product. The company is aware of issues that have arisen with the new edition (version 3.0) of the product. They are currently recommending that users stay on version 2.7 until this summer while they work out the bugs. If you have version 3.0 and are having difficulties, make sure that you have downloaded the latest install file from http://www.eset.com/download/index.php.
