In case you haven't heard yet, an undersea cable appears to have been cut in the Mediterranean which has caused widespread internet failure in large areas of Asia, the Middle East and north Africa. India, Egypt, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates / Dubai, Kuwait and Bahrain have severe bandwidth problems. http://www.cnn.com/2008/WORLD/meast/01/31/dubai.outage/index.html I suspect it's going to be a challenge getting to the outsourced computer support folks for a while.
