Greetings:

I have a couple of information requests from you all out there.  As the
College of Music is newly on their own, we are building IT policies and
such.  I was wondering three things...

How do other Colleges deal with individual department or area repair costs?
Does the IT department have a general budget to cover these repairs, or do
they come from the Dept or area budget?

Printers.  Are faculty printers the responsibility of the Dept or Area?  Or
does the College provide those for faculty?  And what are the printer
support policies?

Also, regarding student workers, for just basic end user support, what kind
of pay are departments giving the students?  I'm looking at one student, 2
hours a day 5 days a week.  Or a total of 10 hours a week.  Mostly Mac
support, but also PC.  Just basic support.
