Hi Brian, Are you doing the updates on a stand alone machine or a machine that is already a domain member? I ask because Microsoft provided a blocker toolkit to enterprise customers who wanted to block automatic delivery of IE. You will need to contact a CANR domain administrator to determine if that script is still running on that domain. Have you tried going to the IE7 web site and installing it directly from there.
