I've had to purchase it using the gradplan a few times here at the college of business. Linda Walters is the contact person. To make the purchase with a credit card, you call Stata, tell them it's a purchase under MSU's Grad Plan, and the materials are shipped within a few days to the Epidemiology office, where you pick them up.
