I have been using Microsoft Network Products for almost 20 years, starting with early versions of Lan Manager. I typically call them 2-4 times per year with occasional spikes when I am using some of their more advanced technology. When you factor in my time, $245 is a deal for getting a sticky problem resolved and a whole lot cheaper than surfing some open source forums that I have tried. It is also a lot cheaper than hoping for the best and messing up Active Directory. P.S. I also do the same thing when I have an occasional car problem that I want advice on. That's why I'm still here ;-) -----Original Message----- From: Sean O'Malley [mailto:[log in to unmask]] Sent: Monday, April 23, 2007 1:45 PM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: [MSUNAG] google wants msu.edu? It sounds like you have extensive experience calling and dealing with Microsoft support. Just out of sheer curiosity, how often do you have to call them? __________ NOD32 2213 (20070423) Information __________ This message was checked by NOD32 antivirus system. http://www.eset.com
