What they are referring to is that the Arrow type font was used to create the MSU logo, used to spell out Michigan State University. I believe that the Arrow type font is a type setters font, and not available as a Microsoft true type font or other font usable with windows printing. There is no Arrow font that you can use in applications like Word or Word Perfect that I know of. You have to use the logo as a graphic in your document. If your having a printing shop make up something with the MSU logo on it.. they have to use the Arrow font to follow the standard. The standard was not made with the windows environment in mind.
