I recently found my mail server on a SpamList, due to a rather large
volume of email that was pumped out by one of our internal departments.
I've submitted requests at Spamhaus.org to be unblocked, and their
automated web based process does a pretty good job of removing you
quickly.

http://cbl.abuseat.org/lookup.cgi?ip=your.mailserver.ip.here
http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=your.mailserver.ip.here

However, when I check my mail server logs, I find a few hosts
responding by saying:

550 Service unavailable; Client host [mail.law.msu.edu] blocked using
ip.blacklist.zap; Mail From IP Banned

Here's the problem I'm having: ip.blacklist.zap isn't a valid internet
hostname, so of course my browser returns a host not foud error if I try
to look it up on the web. Google searches don't produce anything useful
on the ip.blacklist.zap name, so I don't know who to contact to get my
server taken off their spammer list. If any of you have encountered
this before, please let me know. Thank you.
