1.)   First, check for compatibility of rich media players for Universal Communications Format (UCF) before you join the session. UCF allows you to view multimedia during the session. To check now, click the following link:

2.)  On the day of the meeting

        a.  click on the following link to join the meeting.

        b.  You will be asked for the meeting number and the meeting password.  Enter these as follows:

                Meeting number: 921 074 341

                Meeting password: esetnod32

               Note:  It is advised that you close all windows to other programs for best results.

        c.  Teleconference: Call in tollfree phone number (US/Canada): 866-469-3239.  You will be asked to enter the meeting number again.  If you happen to dial in before the person hosting this Webex has logged on you will get a message that the number is invalid.  Keep trying the number, you will be put through once the host has logged on.

  IMPORTANT!  Please keep your phone on mute during the presentation unless you want to ask a question or make a comment.  This helps cut down on background noise and unintended conversations for broadcast.
