I've modified our exim configuration to increase the number of max queue 
runners in hopes that it will assist in quicker delivery of queued mail. 

I would appreciate feedback (directly to [log in to unmask]) on users who see any 
message delayed over 2 hours after 10:30AM on Friday.  If you could forward 
the message with full headers to me that would be great.
