MSU LCTTP offers "Applying for Foundation Grants" and "Writing Federal Grant Proposals" at no charge. They are listed under Information Research Skills. There is also one on "Finding Academic Funding Electronically".

A web site that might help is http://www.lib.msu.edu/harris23/grants/
