We are using BrightStor Arcserve for Windows with about 20 clients which consist of Windows servers, Solaris, Linux, etc. The hardware is a 40 cartridge StorageTek unit with both an LTO I and an LTO II tape drive. The learning curve for programming backup schedules, reports, etc. seems to be fairly steep and we're about to invest in a self-paced Quick Start course on CD from the CA Education division.
