Five out of five recently purchased Dell Optiplexes came with defective 
hardware that had to be replaced under warranty.  This is unacceptable.  I 
can no longer recommend Dell desktop to my users for future purchases, 
until Dell gets it's quality control back in order.  But I don't know what 
to recommend as an alternative.  Any opinions?
