What I did was just create a rule that took any message larger than 1 byte, and forwarded to my other address. Then I made sure that the spam filtering was set to put spam in the Spam folder. This seems to work fairly well. I still get an occasional spam message that was from my MSU Mail account, but not many.

Thanks for the tip. So if I wanted a rule to filter and autoforward everything, I could use the condition Header: To: contains [log in to unmask], right?

Mail forwarded using the forwarding option( in preferences) is not
scanned for spam. If you use the filters to forward your email then it
is scanned for spam. If you use the latter method, and you have spam
scanning enabled, then yes it will re-write the subject line of your emails.
