If his AXIM runs PocketPC 2002 or earlier (CE 3.0 or earlier), you may need to install the high encryption pack. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/downloads/highencryption.mspx This is meant to fix a problem handling the hashing algorithm that is used for new Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server certificates from MD-5 to SHA1. High encryption is standard with 2003. I have an Axim X3 running 2003, build 13100, and have no problems with msu mail.
