A really popular free anti-virus scanner, for windows: http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_index.php It has many of the same features as a "for pay" virus scanner, including aggressive updates, and integration with Outlook. It also received top marks in the latest issue of Maximum PC magazine, over trumping some popular for pay alternatives. I have no idea if it would be suitable for a department but I figured I'd just throw it out there. --Ray
