Faculty/staff who have lost PINs can call the ACNS help desk at 432-6200. There is an expedited process for getting PINS to them over the phone when possible. We have extra staff on duty to help handle calls this evening, and the help desk is working on a faster procedure for giving out the PINs. Students who need their PID/PAN contact to the Registrar's Office but most students know this information as it's needed for enrollment. /rich >I had at least one user notified after 3:00 who didn't see his change >password until after it was cancelled.
