Given that Eudora has this problem I think its pretty safe to say
that most email clients around here are having this problem.

What changed Monday night such that this problem cropped up?

Is the solution to make multiple person address book items one
per line? I hope all the clients can do that... I'm going to experiment
with Eudora.
