Matt/Group,

One great benefit is convenience. AIS gets their certificates from Comodo Group (instantssl.com) This company seems to have the best prices and features for what they offer. We got our certificates at CVM from them last year but the paperwork was a bit of a nightmare. The money we saved by choosing them over companies such as Verisign and Thawte was significantly worth it.

With our experiences Comodo Group is located in the UK so there are customs issues to go along with the normal purchasing paperwork. I never would have guessed that digital data I received in my email would have customs issues. Our Deans office hates to use departmental credit cards for ordering things so there was the standard PO process to follow as well. I do have to say that the sales people at Comodo were very easy and nice to deal with, but after it's all said and done by going through AIS our team can spend more time being computer geeks and less time dealing with all of the paperwork.

Thanks AIS :)

Tim-

So the prices are the same if we request through your site vs. the one you
get them from? Is there an advantage for us in getting the certificates
through
AIS?
