Thanks Chris for the technical explanation. This Eudora error has been happening with increasing regularity in our office as well and is very frustrating for users since most of them rely heavily on email for very time sensitive registrations as I'm sure most folks do on campus. Would be nice if the kind folks on the mail team could add the offending messages/ subjects to the filter list on the server. Any chance of that happening?
