There are several *.ini files in the BlackICE directory that contain all configuration information. I've copied these to additional machines so I don't have to use the GUI more than once during initial setup, and this procedure works fine. Re setting up BlackICE to filter outgoing traffic, IIRC, it's a matter of setting a single flag in blackice.ini. To find out more, you'll need to read the Administrator's Guide, downloadable from the ISS web site.
