I was receiving NetBT 4320 errors with symptoms similar to yours. I found a KB article that dealt with a security fix that required setting a reg key. It turns out that this reg key was already set on my system, so I set it to 0 (default) and the problem disappeared. Here's the article that referenced it: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q269239 The key is: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBT\Parameters The value is NoNameReleaseOnDemand and should be set to 0.
