Yes, seems to be all Win2000 clients.
No, no firewall.
I have tried BlackIce personal firewall on my computer (uninstalled now), but no firewall at the department level.
Yes, most of the computers are using DHCP.

A work around that I'm trying currently is to have people unplug from the network, then plug back in before logging in. Seems to help.
