I agree that the CL-powers-that-be shouldn't be strong-arming LCTTP into
what classes it offers, but also would like to point out that:

- TWIG does support many features Exchange and GroupWise offer:

(they were just not implemented in the roll-out)
- NCC is discussing solutions to the Contacts/Calendar/Schedule/Sharing
issues even as we discuss this
- Exchange/GroupWise have cost and security issues that many UNIX products
(like TWIG) don't
- If you are in a mixed-user environment (UNIX, Windows Mac) - not everyone
has a pretty Outlook client (only OWA for UNIX)

However - that said - I still think Exchange rocks, and I personally have
found nothing else I would use...

Ok, then let "those" people support all the Exchange servers on campus.
Pilot is an email system.  Period. There is no calendaring, group
collaboration, or sharing of data.  It is outdated.
