I agree that the CL-powers-that-be shouldn't be strong-arming LCTTP into what classes it offers, but also would like to point out that: - TWIG does support many features Exchange and GroupWise offer: http://twig.screwdriver.net/about.php3 <http://twig.screwdriver.net/about.php3> (they were just not implemented in the roll-out) - NCC is discussing solutions to the Contacts/Calendar/Schedule/Sharing issues even as we discuss this - Exchange/GroupWise have cost and security issues that many UNIX products (like TWIG) don't - If you are in a mixed-user environment (UNIX, Windows Mac) - not everyone has a pretty Outlook client (only OWA for UNIX) However - that said - I still think Exchange rocks, and I personally have found nothing else I would use...
